Job Description:
As an HR Executive specializing in Generalist, Payroll, and Employee Engagement activities, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training programs.
- Payroll Administration:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage statutory compliance related to payroll and benefits.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in fostering a positive work culture and team-building activities.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Generalist, Payroll, and Employee Engagement activities.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work the night shift (Five days a week, Saturday and Sunday Off).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.
