Job Description:

As an HR Executive specializing in Generalist, Payroll, and Employee Engagement activities, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent English communication skills.


Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training programs.


  • Payroll Administration:
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage statutory compliance related to payroll and benefits.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.


  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in fostering a positive work culture and team-building activities.


  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Generalist, Payroll, and Employee Engagement activities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work the night shift (Five days a week, Saturday and Sunday Off).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.
