Job Title: Home Care Nurse – Qatar (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing)
Position: Home Care Nurse
Location: Qatar
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hospital/clinical experience post-registration
Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
Total Salary: 5,500 QAR (Basic: 2,800 QAR, Food Allowance: 300 QAR, Overtime Pay: 1,820 QAR, Other Allowance: 580 QAR)
Working Hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
Contract Duration: 2 years
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Nurses with a background in hospital or clinical settings to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience post-registration and must be willing to work in a home care environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by providing personalized care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a home care setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, including post-hospital care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle changes.
- Maintain patient records, follow care plans, and report any changes in patient health to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing.
- License: Valid Indian Nursing Council Registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent hospital or clinical nursing experience post-registration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Setting: Candidates must be willing to work in a home care setting.
- Desirable: Previous experience in home care nursing is a plus.
Additional Requirements for Qatar:
- QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) License: Candidates must be eligible or willing to obtain the QCHP license.
- Must be willing to take the Prometric exam required for healthcare professionals in Qatar.
