Ensures he always have necessary PPE, Tools and tackles and he is following OQ fatigue management plan.

➢ Should have undergone necessary CSE training as per OQ requirements and must always hold Hole watcher ID.

➢ Listens toolbox talks, where the Permit Holder identifies and communicates the risks inherent in the activity, along with corresponding controls.

➢ He understands work scope well and makes sure that he controls access to confined spaces, ensuring that only authorized, properly trained, and equipped personnel enter.

➢ They constantly monitor the conditions inside and around the confined space to detect any potential hazards, such as the presence of toxic gases or the risk of a collapse.

➢ In case of an emergency, Hole Watchers are responsible for alerting rescue services and providing immediate assistance as necessary.

➢ He should be trained in confined space rescue procedures and are prepared to coordinate rescue efforts if a worker encounters an emergency or becomes incapacitated while inside the confined space
