Responsibilities:


  1. Prospecting: Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for sales opportunities across city/state/country.
  3. Presentation: Conduct sales presentations showcasing the features and value of the company's gearbox products.
  4. Proposal Development: Create customized sales proposals and quotes to meet customer needs.
  5. Negotiation: Maximize revenue by negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
  6. Customer Relations: Regularly visit customers, address concerns, and provide technical support.
  7. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  8. Payment Management: Ensure timely client payments as per committed terms.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.


Requisite Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
