Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
Location:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in export sales.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell road equipment products internationally.
· Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
· Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth in assigned export markets.
· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
· Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
· Documentation: Manage export documentation, including contracts, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
· Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
· Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
