Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is essential for driving the growth of our domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, sales conversion, and utilizing modern communication tools such as MS Office, social media, and email marketing to build and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:
Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales by establishing strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow through with leads to close sales.
Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to secure new business.
Domestic & International Market Expansion:
Focus on both domestic and international market expansion to achieve the company’s business goals.
Research and analyze international markets to identify potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and building a strong customer base.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that attract new clients and drive sales.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Utilize MS Office tools to create and maintain client databases, track progress, and generate reports.
Proactively communicate with prospects and existing clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings to nurture relationships.
Leverage social media platforms to engage with potential customers, promote products, and create brand awareness.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including leads, meetings, proposals, and sales results.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities.
