Roles: Proposal Engineer (Safe & Smart Segment)

Domain : Smart cities, smart metering , intelligent traffic, Video analytics, Data centers, networking, surveillance , perimeter security .

Responsibilities: Supporting team Lead for participating in Govt RFPs / Large Enterprise opportunities with end-to-end responsibilities from pre-RFP stage till award of contract. Responsibilities include study of RFP, formulation of bidding plan including sourcing, market /competitor’s data analysis, JV/MOU, documentation, Contractual and Commercial due diligence, Pricing & Financial analysis, risk profiling & mitigation, and management approval while adhering to statutory compliances (legal/ Taxes/IR/ISO); engagement with customer/consultant for clarification, negotiation, concluding the Contract and handholding support for delivery and operation.

Job Skills:     

• Technical understanding on basic IoT, Networking, Compute, Storage and basics of cyber security applications
• Sound knowledge on Industrial COTS products / Solutions available and latest trends in market
• Basic understanding on Business processes and its compliances
• Good communications skills and other soft skills to effectively perform within the team
• Skill to articulate, prepare business documents, reports and analysis and present.
• General analytical skill, ability to handle data with quickness and accuracy
• Proficiency and Office and collaborative tools.

Experience: BE/BTECH ( EL/TCE/COP. SCIENCE/IT) with 3-5+ years of similar experience

Qualification: Additional qualification viz, MBA/PMP/PRINCE / ITIL etc. certification is preferred

CTC Range – 8 Lacs Max
