Job Overview

Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment is seeking a Banquet Manager to join our team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience who can effectively manage banquet operations, ensuring events run smoothly and customers have an exceptional experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all banquet event orders, ensuring each event is designed to client specifications and delivered flawlessly.
• Lead and supervise the banquet team, providing guidance and training to ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services required for the events.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the budget for each event, controlling costs and ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring minimal disruption and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests.
