Assisting the Head of Dept. in managing processes relating to the project's design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget

·        Assisting the Head of Dept. in reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the organization's brief

·        Assisting in developing the Design Delivery Schedule along with Head of Dept.

·        Participating in design meetings along with the Head of Dept. and providing continual input to optimize design

·        Preparing Agendas & Meeting minutes

·        Assisting the Head of the dept in reviewing and analyzing working Drawings, Shop drawings, Detailed estimates & BOQs,

·        Coordination with the Liasioning team, Sales team & Construction team

·        Managing and maintaining record keeping of Drawings & document files of all projects 

·        Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design

·        Conduct frequent site visits and ensure project construction is in line with designs

·        At least 10 years of work experience in Architectural designing and Detailing

·        At least 6 years of work experience in detailing

·        Should have experience in dealing with Hirise residential & Commercial buildings

·        Should be proficient in using software such as Autodesk Autocad, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketchup, Vray, Surfer, Lumion, and MS Office

·        Should have knowledge of Building services

·        Should be well versed with Local building regulations & NBC-2016
