Roles & Responsibilities

• Should have an exceptional broker network, and be able to demonstrate his relationships in the interview stage.

• Responsible for creating the broker network in the territory

• Responsible for supporting, motivating, influencing Brokers to deliver good client leads

• Should have a clear understanding of the Real Estate industry and new ideas to succeed

• Along with the Manager, establish goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.

• Deliver on goals committed.

• Good networking with corporate channel partners 

Required Candidate profile:

• Candidates with experience in Real Estate in Broker Market segment

• Impeccable profile with high professionalism.

• Relevant experience in Real Estate industry

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Should have his own transport - car or Bike.
