Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cheques writing, Making online bank transfers to the suppliers.
• Preparation of invoices daily wise for credit base and also cash basis.
• Verifying Bills & Purchase Order, Sales Order.
• Preparing of Employees' salaries transaction.
• Bank payment/Receipt accounting and Reconciliation.
• Invoice / Petty Cash handling.
• Ensure the month end close is complete with in the allocated deadline.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Documents, includingTechnical Documents and Commercial Correspondence.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives & other related duties as assigned.
