• Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
• HR Policies: Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Skills in designing and delivering training programs for employee development.
