Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SRI DEVI ASSOCIATES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Chennai and requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Visual Merchandising (Mandatory skill): Expertise in visual merchandising to create appealing store displays and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in analyzing sales data and forecasting future sales to drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Budget Management: Experience in planning and managing store budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Vendor Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Store Operations: Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Retail Footwear Experience: Previous experience in retail footwear industry is preferred, with a deep understanding of product trends and customer preferences.
