- Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees, partners, and customers.
- Create clear and concise training materials, such as user manuals, guides, video tutorials, and presentations, tailored to various learning styles.
- Train both new hires and existing employees on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and updates to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and product road maps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery based on learner feedback and evolving product features.
- Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A sessions, follow-up resources, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and customers when they need clarification or further training on product-related topics.
- Report on training program outcomes, performance metrics, and improvements to management.
- Candidates with experience in the retail sector are preferred.
