  • Create, update, and customized training materials, modules, and presentations to meet the company's HR needs, including on-boarding, compliance, leadership development, and soft skills training.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions to new hires, existing employees, and management on HR-related topics (e.g., company policies, performance management, conflict resolution, communication skills, etc.).
  • Work closely with HR managers and department heads to identify training needs and ensure that programs align with organisational goals and objectives.
  •  Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  •  Ensure that employees are up to date on legal requirements and company policies, including but not limited to workplace safety, diversity and inclusion, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive appropriate training to help them integrate into the company successfully.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, HR trends, and new training methods to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
