Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Manager for a full-time position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple retail locations within a cluster. This mid-level role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage various teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster
• Ensure all stores in the cluster meet performance and sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and manage store managers, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures
• Analyze business data and reports to identify trends and make informed decisions
• Collaborate with senior management to align cluster objectives with overall company goals
• Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues that arise within the cluster
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management across all stores
