Ø Liaising with Govt. authorities, regulatory authorities to obtain plan sanctions/clearances and well versed with revenue laws.
Ø Getting a Land clearance of construction of project with co-ordination of required departments.
Ø To Liaison with various departments such as HMDA, EC, Airport, Fire, SRO, MRO etc to obtain the necessary clearances and No Objection certificates.
Ø Liaising with various Government Departments relating to revenue matters
Ø Coordinating with external agencies wherever it is required and need to complete the assigned work.
Ø Complete understanding and familiar with the real estate industry documentation.
