Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Executive is located in Gurugram. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities, providing guidance to clients, and assisting them in making informed decisions related to real estate investments. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our real estate projects.
  • Identify new leads through various channels and networking events.
  • Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and site visits to prospective buyers.
  • Skillfully negotiate with customers to secure deals aligned with sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior Real Estate sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Basic computer and tech proficiency.
  • Goal-oriented and positive attitude.
