Job Description:

We are seeking a Hydraulic Engineer to join our team in the Greater Hyderabad Area. As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and enhancing hydraulic systems and automation for drilling equipment utilized in various sectors including waterwell, mining, piling, geological survey, and construction.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop hydraulic systems for drilling equipment, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Conduct testing and analysis of hydraulic components and systems to optimize performance and functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic systems into drilling equipment and ensure compatibility with automation systems.

Evaluate existing hydraulic systems and propose improvements or modifications to enhance performance and efficiency.

Implement automation solutions for equipment operation, monitoring, and control.

Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve hydraulic and automation-related issues.

Stay updated with advancements in hydraulic technology and automation techniques, and incorporate relevant innovations into project designs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to hydraulic systems and equipment automation.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding hydraulic systems and automation functionalities.

Maintain accurate documentation of hydraulic system designs, testing procedures, and project developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Fluid mechanics or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in designing and implementing hydraulic systems for industrial equipment, preferably in the drilling industry.

Proficiency in hydraulic system design software and simulation tools.

Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, components, and fluid dynamics.

Experience with automation systems and PLC programming is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and automation issues effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing hydraulic systems and equipment.

Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and industry trends in hydraulic engineering and automation.
