Position we looking for
Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
· Managing the existing Sales Managers (SM) and ensure they hit the target, responsible for the Region PnL
· Building and Leading a high energy sales team and hitting the ambitious targets on monthly basis
· Building and leading the on ground Sales team, acquiring supply to put on rent, generating demand (tenants) for these supply and closing rental transactions
· Building and leading the Move In team, getting the apartment ready and handing over to the tenant, facilitating move in and getting the collection done
· Executing new initiatives for better and smooth functioning of team
· Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance.
· Ensure regular feedback for SMs and SMs are doing the same with SAs
· Ensuing productivity for both sales team and the Move In management team
· Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)
· Forecasting and preparing targets basis various factors
· Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target
· Ensuring lead audit is being done on regular basis, managing and driving sales productivity
· Assessing lead quality & quantity and with marketing team on a daily basis
· Managing Escalations and mitigating risks
· Ensuring smooth move in and timely collections
· Analysing and communication of inventory requirements
· Implementation of tech and usage of the same as per protocols
· Hiring and Training - SM and SA
Skills Required:
· Sales Team Management skills, leading high performing Sales team
· Escalation Management skills
· Problem Solving Skill
· Very good at understanding and Analysing factor at play to design targets
· Enjoy being with people; extraversion is key (High)
Experience:
· Minimum 6 Years of Retails (B2C) Sales experience
· Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience (B2C Sales)
Compensation:
· Fixed – Upto 20 Lacs CTC
· Incentives on sales revenue, can easily double the fixed compensation
Location – Mumbai
