Job Description-

We are looking for a right-brained Interior designer to perform all phases of interior work including planning, designing and overseeing the project. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Establish trusted advisor relationship with decision makers and senior buyers.
• Confer with customer, prospects and salespeople to collect requirements.
• Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, case studies and proof points.
• Create solutions leveraging Lionbridge capabilities to address client needs.
• Develop proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions.
• Develop solution briefs.
• Assess outputs from Lionbridge delivery teams to assure deliverables satisfy quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and technical architects to devise client solutions.
• Penetrate and expand accounts through sales and operational strategic account solution plans.
• Involve in quarterly account plan table-top reviews.
• Execute solutions’ presentations, demos and handle scenario sessions with prospects.
• Determine problem domain and record in design solution documents.
• Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation options.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Development and Account Manager to pursue sales cycles.
