Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the interior design section who has excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Sales. The ideal candidate will engage client and will generate interest towards the home décor services provided by your in-house interior team. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored design solutions by inviting them to visit our experience centre.


Experience range:

0-3 years (open for fresher candidates holding good communication skills and passion towards Sales

Remuneration:

4 LPA to 6 LPA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored design solutions from our interior designers
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for business.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.


Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in communication
  • Strong understanding of business module
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics
