Work profile of Inco Sales person and process to follow


  • ResponsibilitiesLead generation
  • Leads can be generated by visiting sites (10%) or through referrals
  • To make calls onto the leads (50 to 100 calls/day)
  • Meeting to be set up with qualified leads (Qualifying means interested ones), while setting up a meeting, a designer will also be allocated. Meeting happens with designer


  • What happens during meeting set up?On Software – designer navigates the customers through the design process
  • Sales person will probe him to walk in through the Experience centre
  • Commercial negotiations will be done by Sales (in which he will try to convince customers for getting maximum things out of them)
  • Blockage / Objection handling – (If customers denies to avail anything extra, then Sales person will help him to convince and handle objections swiftly)


  • To NoteClosure targets will be 15 closures in 4 months (ideally comes to 5/ month)
