Position: Associate Investment Manager

Level – T0

Experience – Minimum 0-3 years of experience

Age Criteria – Max 21 – 26 years

Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

About the role:

Looking for Associate Investment Manager with an outgoing personality, customer courteous behavior, and skill set to convince customers to fulfill the company targets.

Job responsibilities:

• End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
• Scheduling and conducting property site visits
• Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
• Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
• Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing

A successful candidate for this role requires:

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English
• MS office
• Customer relationship
• Sales & Negotiations
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and Confidence

Compensation:

Fixed: (depending on interview) < Minimum 2.5 LPA – Maximum 4 LPA (bracket open depending on experience)>

Incentives on sales revenue

Educational Qualification

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• Fresher with good communication and graduate degree are most welcome
