Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our real estate division in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales and real estate. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in negotiation, communication, and real estate sales, as they play a critical role in expanding our market presence.

Mumbai - Western Suburbs, Thane, Mira Road & Navi Mumbai

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure beneficial transactions and agreements (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales to enhance client engagement and sales processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Advanced networking abilities to establish and cultivate professional relationships within the industry.
  • Deep understanding of effective sales techniques to drive successful deal closures and client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge in property valuation to guide clients through informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve performance targets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage client information and sales processes efficiently.

  • Facilitate the entire sales cycle, from client acquisition to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property availability, and competitive dynamics.
  • Engage in active networking to grow and nurture a robust pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements for both buyers and sellers.
  • Provide expert property valuations and insights to assist clients in their decision-making process.
  • Partner with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives for optimal results.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to facilitate strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Strive to exceed sales targets by leveraging innovative approaches and client-centered strategies.
