We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the interior design section who has excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Sales.
The ideal candidate will engage client and will generate interest towards the home décor services provided by your in-house interior team.
You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored design solutions by inviting them to visit our experience centre.
Experience range: 0-3 years (open for fresher candidates holding good communication skills and passion towards Sales)

Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri - East
Preference - Female Candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored design solutions from our interior designers.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed.
- Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent skills in communication.
- Strong understanding of business module.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics
