About the role
The Regional Sales Manager – Mortgage Loans for In-House Loan Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the loan process within a designated geographic area. This role involves managing a team to ensure efficient loan origination, processing, and servicing, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The Regional Head will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive loan portfolio growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold quality standards.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional team to achieve loan origination and servicing targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan portfolio growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan operations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on regional market opportunities
- Monitor and analyze loan performance metrics, implementing strategies to mitigate risk and improve results
- Oversee the loan underwriting process, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making
- Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies within the region
- Provide regular reports and updates on regional loan operations to senior management
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of in-house loan operations
Must have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the in-house loan operations domain.
- Thorough understanding of loan origination, processing, and servicing.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to lending and finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve loan-related goals.
- Results-driven with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency
