Job Title - Key Account Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micro-market understanding
- Recognize top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers' team
- Identifying Valued Channel Partners who majorly deal in the focused projects
- Work on developing a robust network with these Channel Partners, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
- Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness.
- Be excited to go on the field, go on the sites, and meet more and more Channel partners

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
- Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record
- CTC - 5 LPA to 7 LPA
- Location – Thane, Mira Road, Borival, kandivali (Only Mumbai Based)
- No Outstation candidate will be preferred
