Receptionist Responsibilities And Duties.
1.Greet Clients As Soon As They Arrive And Connect Them With The Appropriate Party
2.Answer The Phone Calls In A Timely Manner And Direct Calls To The Correct Offices
3.Make Travel Arrangements And Schedule Meetings Based On All Partners’ Itineraries. (Sometimes)
4.Assisting Clients In Finding Their Way Around The Office.
5.Scheduling Appointments.
6.Maintain The Office And Keep All The Office Equipment In Check As Well As Order Any Necessary Office Supplies.
7.Interact With Their Colleagues To Resolve Important Administrative Matters And The Like.
8.Receive Visitors By Greeting And Welcoming Them
Office Admin Duties
1.Maintain Stock Levels And Parts Within Budget
2.Vendor Management
3.Budgeting And Costing For Housekeeping, Pantry And Stationary.
4.Facility Management
5.Daily Maintenance Of Pantry, Housekeeping And Stationary Consumption.
6.Greet The Clients At The Reception.
7.Maintaining Daily Reports
8.Mantaining Office Records
9.Attending Phone Calls
10.Making Travel Arrangements If When Required.
