About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Mortgage loan to lead our mortgage loan sales team across Mumbai and Pune locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage lending, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. The Area Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Years of Experience: 4-5 years
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Location – Mumbai & Pune ( for Mumbai- Western line candidates preferred)
Salary: Best as per Industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and performance management.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Analyse sales data to forecast trends and develop action plans.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all loan processing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor risk exposure and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and underwriting teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in regional meetings to share insights and best practices.
