Job Description for Inside Sales Manager – B2C – US:s
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's Inside Sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye toward long-term sales strategy. One to three years of experience having worked in the education/training industry should have excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
· New Customer Acquisition
· End-to-end B2C Sales
· On-call sales of Online Certification Programs by Sprintzeal
· Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis
· Develop and implement a sales strategy
· Report sales metrics
· Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
· Support and guidance to junior members
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 2+ years of B2C sales experience – US
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Individual Role
Notice period preference: Immediate Joiner, 15 days
Night Shift – 5.30 PM – 2.30 AM
Employment Type - Full-time
Working Days – Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday - fixed week offs)
