Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background: A master’s degree in education or a related field is required. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is also mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Headmaster/Headmistress, or similar positions in reputed schools.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using educational technology and management software.
• Personal Attributes: A passion for education and student development, a commitment to maintaining high standards, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
