Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students.
• Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that supports individualized and group activities.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and classroom management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with inquiry-based learning approaches.
