Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori Head to lead our early childhood education department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Montessori education, with a proven track record of leadership, curriculum development, and fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Montessori program, ensuring alignment with Montessori principles.
• Supervise and mentor Montessori teachers and staff to maintain high standards of teaching.
• Create and implement innovative educational strategies to enhance child development.
• Parent Engagement:
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and program objectives.
• Organize workshops and meetings to promote parental involvement in the Montessori approach.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the program.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all students.

Key Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Montessori education, with leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
