Job Description of Counter Sales Executive

·      Job will in Counter Sales/Inside Retail Store not Field sales

·      Attending Customers who come for tire/Accessories Purchase at Showroom ,

·      Telling them about product & price Automobile Accessories

·      Maintaining Price list & quoting them to clients.

·      The sales executive would be responsible for building sales through various channels, ensuring smooth deliveries to customers and maintaining healthy relationships with customers.

·      Cold Calling : Large/ Medium size prospects/ customers • Rapport/ Relationship building with all Customers in the market and with other critical stakeholders

·      Ensuring Target as assigned for better incentives. Ideal Executive can earn 70 000 to 10000 per month..

·      Should be presentable and highly self-motivated

·      Should know how to use a computer

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master s degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field

• 2-5 years of area management experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop himself/herself the team • Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel Category Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling.

• Candidate must be from consumer durable background such as electronics, home appliances, but will not be considerable from finance sector.

• Own vehicle is necessary for this job.
