Marketing Executive JD We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Emint. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company's goals, target audience, and brand identity. Your exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving business growth. Responsibilities ● Develop and implement a content strategy that supports our company's objectives and target audience ● Create and manage an editorial calendar to deliver timely, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters ● Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify content opportunities and inform content development ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, videographers, and subject matter experts, to create visually appealing and multimedia-rich content assets ● Ensure brand consistency and compliance with our company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables ● Optimise content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic ● Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness ● Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to continuously improve our content marketing initiatives ● Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), ensuring content is organised and easily accessible for future use Requirements and Skills ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field ● 2+ years of experience as a content marketing manager, content strategist, or similar role in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Preferably from stock broking or mutual fund company. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and language suited for various target audiences ● Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms ● Proficiency in content management systems (CMS). ● Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions ● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines ● An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance ● Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's preferences, interests, and nuances ● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ● Proficiency in content management and social media tools like HubSpot, Buffer, and Hootsuite If you are passionate about content creation, have a proven track record of driving results, and are excited to contribute to the growth of Emint.in, we encourage you to apply for this position.
