Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time, Contract position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The role involves leveraging recruitment and healthcare knowledge to source and place candidates in fulfilling roles while ensuring compliance and relationship-building strategies.
Qualifications and Skills

- Healthcare industry knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of healthcare industry roles, regulations, and compliance issues.
- Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for conveying job roles and responsibilities clearly.
- Candidate sourcing: Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Interviewing: Experience in conducting effective interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate job offers to ensure alignment between candidates' expectations and company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, laws, and regulations specific to healthcare recruitment.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
