As a fresher-level position, candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are welcome. The role provides vital support to our HR team, contributing to recruitment processes and employee relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and evaluating candidates effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of employee relations to nurture a dynamic and positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional organizational skills for efficient handling of various HR tasks and projects (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with onboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Solid knowledge of HRIS management, capable of handling data and system configurations with ease.
- Ability to perform data analysis to support HR decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and candidates.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all HR tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
- Maintain HR records and systems for ease of access and data integrity.
