Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at Sardar Patel Academy & Research Centre in Delhi. This full-time position involves engaging with prospective students and providing detailed information about our courses and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and assist in the enrollment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential students and provide detailed information about educational programs.
  • Engage and interact with prospective students to understand their educational needs and requirements.
  • Convince potential students to enroll in courses offered by the academy.
  • Maintain a database of prospective students and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Stay updated with the latest course offerings and changes in the curriculum.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets in terms of call quality and enrollment conversions.
  • Provide feedback and insights on how to improve telecalling scripts and processes.
