Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team at Spandana Hospital in Bangalore. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in emergency medicine or related fields. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing immediate and effective medical care in emergency situations, assisting in trauma management, and leading critical care efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or trauma management with MEM Degree
• Advanced knowledge in emergency procedures and patient stabilization techniques.
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) with proven ability to apply emergency protocols efficiently.
• Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), capable of delivering emergency care to pediatric patients.
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification, with strong trauma management skills.
• Exceptional skills in managing life-threatening conditions and performing emergency interventions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and effective treatment to patients in emergency situations.
• Assess patients’ conditions and perform necessary emergency procedures and interventions.
• Stabilize patients and prepare them for further medical treatment or transfer to specialized care units.
• Lead and participate in trauma management and resuscitation efforts.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Document patient information, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in emergency medicine and integrate them into patient care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients’ families regarding the medical conditions and treatment plans.
