Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Emergency Medical Physician to join our dedicated team at Spandana Hospital in Bengaluru. This position is open to freshers, requiring 0 to 1 year of experience, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. The successful candidate will provide excellent emergency medical care, navigating high-pressure situations with poise and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Emergency Medicine (Mandatory skill) – Expertise in managing medical emergencies efficiently and accurately.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Mandatory skill) – Proficiency in ACLS protocols and procedures to handle cardiac emergencies.
• Emergency Procedures (Mandatory skill) – Capable of performing life-saving procedures swiftly in crisis situations.
• Critical Care – Ability to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients with multi-system involvement.
• Trauma Management – Skilled in the assessment and stabilization of patients with traumatic injuries.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Fundamental knowledge and proficiency in PALS for pediatric emergencies.
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) – Competency in ATLS skills for effective trauma patient evaluation.
• Patient Stabilization – Expertise in the stabilization of patients in emergency scenarios to prevent further deterioration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide immediate diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization for patients experiencing medical emergencies.
• Perform emergency procedures proficiently such as intubation, resuscitation, and defibrillation where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the hospital team to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment plans.
• Ensure high-standard clinical documentation for all emergency encounters and treatments.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with emergency medicine best practices.
• Offer guidance and support to medical staff during complex emergency situations.
• Advocate for patients and families, providing compassionate care and clear communication regarding treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency care protocols and procedures.
