Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team at Space Multimedia. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle in Azure, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in Azure data engineering. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Azure data engineering
• Strong proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices
• Experience with data modeling and schema design
• Knowledge of data security and privacy principles
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and workflows in Azure using Azure Data Factory
• Implement data integration and transformation processes to load data into Azure data storage solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements
• Build and maintain data processing solutions using Azure Databricks for batch and real-time data
• Develop and deploy scalable and efficient data models and schemas
• Implement data security and privacy measures in accordance with industry best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data engineering processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve data engineering issues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Azure data engineering
