As an Animation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animations for various digital platforms. Your role involves conceptualizing, designing, and animating characters, environments, and objects to effectively convey ideas and messages. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, including illustrators, graphic designers, and writers, to bring concepts to life through animation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and storyboard animations based on project requirements and creative briefs.
2. Design characters, backgrounds, and props using digital illustration software.
3. Create frame-by-frame animations or utilize animation software to produce high-quality animations.
4. Develop visual effects and motion graphics to enhance animation sequences.
5. Collaborate with writers, directors, and other team members to ensure animations align with project goals and vision.
6. Revise and refineanimations based on feedback from clients or stakeholders.
7. Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve animation skills and workflows.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience in animation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
3. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.
4. Excellent drawing and illustration skills, with the ability to create expressive characters and dynamic scenes.
5. Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and movement.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively translate concepts into engaging animations.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction and feedback from team members and clients.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through animation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya or Blender.
2. Knowledge of compositing and visual effects software like Adobe After Effects.
