Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Familiarity with HR databases and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires
• Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization
• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases
• Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events and activities
• Assist in performance management processes and handle employee grievances
• Conduct exit interviews and help in conducting employee offboarding
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
