Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with proposal writing and reporting metrics will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and understand their needs for new features or improvements.
• Identify and define business problems and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Capture, analyze, and prioritize user stories and functional requirements.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback for enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
