We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment agency in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT positions across different sectors including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.

1. Client Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Provide consultative support to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

1. Interview Coordination:

• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and updates.

1. Process Management:

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

1. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
• Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various non-IT industries and job roles.
