Find out potential properties in the market

Pitch the builder/Channel partner/Customer our plans & offers

Closing the deal by signing MoU

Generate leads through those tied up channels

Ability to understand each client and pitch them in different ways

Anti-negotiation skills

Closing the deal

Maintaining good relationship with client even after the closure
