JOB TITTLE -TA & Facility Executive

Reporting to- Manager

Location - Saudi-Riyadh


  • Roles &Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Dynamic and multitasking professional to join our team as a

Talent Acquisition & Facility Executive. This role involves

managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing

facility-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a

strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and

excellent facility management skills. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in the completion of necessary documentation.

Collaborate with department heads to understand space requirements and plan for efficient office layouts.

Coordinate office relocations and changes in workspace configurations.

Oversee relationships with facility-related vendors, including security, cleaning, and maintenance services.

Ensure service providers meet established standards and agreements.

Implement and monitor safety and security protocols within the facility.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Supervise facility maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations.

Manage the upkeep of common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.

  • Languages Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic language is added advantage Qualifications are: Education bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in MS Office

Professional background Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or facility management. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
