Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in accounting with proficiency in Tally ERP9
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, account finalization, and cost center accounting
• Experience in preparing journal entries, inventory vouchers, and purchase entries
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including cost accounting and budgeting
• Perform bank reconciliations, account finalization, and prepare journal entries
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle inventory vouchers, purchase entries, and maintain cost centers
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits
